Veterans Crisis Line is a United States-based crisis hotline for military veterans, service members, their families, and caregivers. The service is available 24/7 via the toll-free hotline number 988, and callers press 1 on their keypad to connect to the Veterans Crisis Line instead of the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, which shares the same number. It can also be reached by texting the SMS number 838255 or via online chat on the hotline’s website.

Police Bulletproof at 800-273-8255 offers 24/7 confidential/anonymous support line and access to mental health & wellness initiatives, addiction awareness tools, assessments and direction toward treatment and care. This program also offers the Bulletproof Wellness Mobile App, a private, confidential wellness resource designed to meet the unique needs of law enforcement personnel and their families.

Fire Strong at 844-525-FIRE (3473) offers 24/7 support for firefighters and their family members, providing information about mental health issues and access to available tools, programs and resources.

Maricopa County Crisis Line: 602-222-9444 or 800-631-1314 Trained crisis intervention specialists are available 24/7 to help over the phone. Crisis Lines are free, confidential, and open to anyone who needs help.

Central AZ Warm Line: 602-347-1100 Arizona Warm Line: 888-404-5530 Warm Lines offer a free and confidential telephone service staffed by peers who have, themselves, dealt with behavioral health challenges. Peer support specialists can relate to behavioral health situations because many have been through similar experiences. Peer support specialists offer peer support and compassion for callers who just need someone to talk with. Warm Lines are available 24/7.
